This is a brand new opportunity within a well established, mega award winning international full service digital agency.

Day to day: The digital project manager will be the conduit between the client services and the delivery teams (strategy, development, design). You will be tasked with a wide range of responsibilities working on some of the agency’s highest profile digital projects.

The project managers take responsibility for the delivery of a variety of web projects, and you will be instrumental in the delivery of complex, technical projects and liaise with the internal teams of digital marketing (SEO/PPC), UX experts, developers and designers.

You will work closely with the digital account managers who manage day to day communications with clients.

You will also get involved with implementing and strengthening methodology, procedures and best practice, the team is looking for ideas for improved efficiencies.

Responsibilities :

  • Providing end to end project management for a variety of projects

  • Scope project requirements, prepare budgets, timing plans and monitor process through to go live

  • Internal collaboration with internal teams to design, develop and implement digital projects

  • Deliver projects on time ensuring quality standards are adhered to

  • Manage and develop all project documentation, including risk logs and project specifications

  • Highlight any potentials risks or blockers and actively resolve any issues that may arise

To be considered for this role you will possess:

  • Minimum 2 years experience of the project lifecycle/running multiple projects for PM level within a creative agency environment

  • It's essential that you can manage budgets, timescales and quality but additionally you will also need to have a broad knowledge of digital - strategy, design, content, development and marketing.

• Extensive experience in software development project management best practise and supporting methodologies, ideally Agile (Scrum) and Waterfall with Scrum Master and/or Agile PM qualifications.

• Well versed in collaboration with business stakeholders and technical teams to define and create robust requirements documentation, user stories, project plans and budgets.

• Excellent communication, relationship building and influencing skills both internally and externally.

The role may suit someone who has 2+ years experience and who is hungry for their next challenge, someone with ideas and ambition OR a fully fledged Digital PM who likes to change and challenge the status quo and bring new ideas to the table.

The head office is based in Edinburgh and they operate a flexible / hybrid approach (minimum 2 days per week in the office). This is an agency who are serious about your training and development and there is a defined career trajectory - as well as a truly wonderful inclusive culture.

Salary is purely dependent on skills & experience £35,000 - £45,000. Benefits include bonus, pension, life cover, training budget, social budget, great holiday allowance and much more!
