We’re on a transformation journey and need you to play a key part in fulfilling our mission – to Help Britain Prosper.

What you’ll do

  • Lead a self-organised architecture team to design digital banking solutions for features which are delightful to our customers and vital in our mission to help Britain prosper.

  • Excellent solution architecture skills with deep working knowledge of microservice design patterns, containerised applications, mobile app design principles and public cloud products & capabilities.

  • Diverse technical experience, you’re a strategic thinker with a proven ability to solve complex problems and drive key architectural decisions to conclusion.

  • You’re an excellent communicator, capable of engaging with diverse stakeholders across the organisation to drive the right outcomes for our product vision, taking every opportunity to reduce technical debt and modernise our applications.
