About the role:


Salary: National Living Wage + FANTASTIC bonus earning potential


Hours: Full Time 


Rotating Day shifts:         06.00 – 14.00 & 14.00 – 22.00  -  36.25 hours per week; working any 5 days out of 7


Night Shift:                         22.00 – 06.00 – night shift - 36.25 hours per week; working any 5 days out of 7


Day to Day:  Warehouse Operatives, working across all aspects of the distribution centers operational functions, including;  Picking with RF scan guns and digital voice picking equipment, driving Reach & LLOP trucks, loading & unloading of trailers. 


What we’re looking for:


If you have experience within a warehouse environment then GREAT but that’s not essential! We offer full training for the right people and that’s why having the right attitude is our most basic requirement.


To us, having the right attitude means understanding that while you may not be dealing with our customers face to face, your role still directly impacts their experience when shopping with us.


While it is our commitment to make sure our products are in stock when our customers visit us, it is our priority to make sure that you have everything you need to be able to carry out your role as safely as possible. To make sure this happens we offer full training and support, not only within your first few weeks but ongoing throughout your time with us. But to make the most of this you need to want to learn, to work as a part of a team, and always try your hardest to do the best job you can.
