A fantastic opportunity is now available for a Registered Nurse RN Adult or RMN to join a luxury care home in Edinburgh as their Deputy Manager. As the Deputy Manager, you will also be the home’s Clinical Lead: heading upthe delivery of optimal nursing care across the home and assisting the

General Manager with the home’s operations. Your role will be all about monitoring regulatory compliance, assuring quality in all areas, and overseeing your team’s clinical practice and wellbeing, to ensure every resident experiences the very best care and quality of life possible. Essential Registration with the NMC as a Registered Nurse RN Adult / RGN or Registered Mental Health Nurse RMN / RMHN.Essential Experience caring for older adults with complex health needs.Essential Clinical leadership experience – e.g. conducting risk assessments and investigations, managing a budget, and supporting the development of a clinical team
