Preferably with some basic food /hygiene qualifications but training can be provided Genuine interest in cooking / looking for an opportunity to build their career in hospitality Up for a challenge in a busy environment

Experience working as Chef De Partie/Sous Chef in a similar setting would be beneficial Must be available to work throughout August What will your role look like?

Preparing high quality meals for customers from the menu Ensuring food is served in good time and well presented Working with the management team to develop menus using healthy, fresh and good quality ingredients

Cleaning and organising the food preparation area for the Head Chef Assisting the Head Chef in all aspects of kitchen management Adhering to Food Safety Standards, maintaining high levels of cleanliness in the kitchen at all times
