Your Mission: As a Building Services HVACEngineer, you will be the driving force behind our technical service operations.

Your responsibilities will include:

Swiftly addressing reactive maintenance needs.


Providing expert electrical installation support, ensuring our spaces are powered to perfection.


Maintaining planned maintenance schedules and supplier service sheets.


Conducting technical tasks and routine maintenance for all sites.


Procuring technical spares and exploring innovative technologies.


Supporting small to medium-sized refurbishment projects.


Participating in significant events such as shutdowns, blackout testing, and critical plant maintenance.

Your Toolkit:

Operational understanding of building services, including mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and Fire Alarm systems.


Knowledge of Engineering Health & Safety and permit-to-work systems.


Familiarity with TREND and other Building Management systems.


Ability to read schematic drawings and building plans.


Basic computer/IT skills.


Fabric maintenance skills and minor defect repairs.


Experience in minor plumbing and electrical installation.


Strong understanding of Engineering, Building Services, and H&S regulations.

Qualifications:

Recognised Building Services trade certification (Plumbing, Heating, Electrician, HVAC).


Recognised Electrical Certification (BS7671 18th Edition Amendment 2).


Preferred: Recognized H&S qualification (IOSH Managing Safely).
