Our confidential client is embarking on a truly unique opportunity to enter the Housebuilding sector. With a land bank already secured, this is the first of a number of Senior Executive appointments building the Senior Executive/Management Team.

The Role

• You will grow the business literally from the ground up. As a clear strategist you will produce a robust business plan to execute over an agreed timescale.

• You will be heavily involved in the full housebuilding lifecycle, in particular an in depth knowledge and completion of all planning scenarios.

• In addition to controlling costs within budget, you will ensure brand, quality and entry to market is delivered to the highest standard.

• You will have overall P&L responsibility, company structure planning and performance standards.

The Person

• As an experienced Housebuilding Operations Director / Managing Director you will have a thorough and in depth knowledge and experience of the highly competitive housebuilding sector.
