This is a fully remote, mobile position – you'll operate from your home base, with a company vehicle provided, and take full ownership of your schedule and diary.You’ll play a key role in delivering technical support to a wide range of industries, working independently while staying connected with a highly collaborative and supportive engineering team. What You’ll Be Doing

• Carrying out planned and defect maintenance on a range of systems
• Diagnosing and repairing faults to ensure system reliability
• Providing outstanding service and acting as the face of our engineering team on
• customer sites across Scotland
• Managing your own calendar and schedule to meet both customer and business needs
• Working closely with project engineers to support system installations and
• commissioning
• Guiding and mentoring apprentices, trainees, and contractors once fully trained
• Sourcing and purchasing equipment, parts, and materials for workshop use
• Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and problem-solving activities

What You’ll Bring

• A vocational qualification in mechanical, electrical, or instrumentation engineering (or
• equivalent experience)
• Welding experience would be highly beneficial, though not essential
• A genuine desire to learn, grow, and share knowledge with others
• A collaborative mindset and strong interpersonal skills
• A proactive approach and the ability to build strong customer relationships
• A high level of personal integrity and commitment to safety and compliance
• Strong self-management skills and confidence working independently in the field
