Key Responsibilities
Design and coordinate electrical systems including power distribution, lighting, fire alarms, and security systems
Produce sustainable and energy-efficient electrical engineering designs
Utilize design tools such as Amtech, Dialux, and AutoCAD/Revit
Conduct site visits, surveys, and inspections
Support the end-to-end delivery of projects, from concept to completion
Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders from multiple disciplines
Stay informed about current building regulations, technologies, and sustainable design practices
Work toward professional chartership with support from accredited development programs (e.g., CIBSE, IET)
Required Skills And Qualifications
Degree-qualified in Electrical or Building Services Engineering (BEng/MEng or equivalent)
Experience working within a building services consultancy or related environment
Knowledge and application of electrical design software (Amtech, Dialux, etc.)
Proven ability to deliver low-energy and sustainable solutions
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Passion for sustainability and innovative building design
