Are you a seasoned Estimator ready to step into a senior role with a growing, fast-paced contractor? We’re looking for a Senior Estimator to join our client's dynamic team, specialising in refurbishment and fit-out works across commercial, education and healthcare sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the preparation of accurate cost estimates and tender submissions
  • Evaluate drawings, specifications, and other documentation to prepare comprehensive budgets
  • Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotes
  • Identify value engineering opportunities and cost-saving solutions
  • Collaborate closely with project managers and commercial teams
  • Attend pre-tender meetings and client presentations when required
  • Support and mentor junior estimating staff

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in estimating refurbishment and fit-out projects (minimum 5 years)
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry pricing
  • Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office suite
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or similar (preferred)
