Are you an experienced Site Engineer looking for a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our dynamic team in Edinburgh!

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct surveying and setting out duties.
• Review drawings, specifications, and quantities.
• Schedule materials for procurement.
• Plan and organise site operations to meet deadlines.
• Liaise with consultants and subcontractors.
• Supervise and monitor site labour and subcontractors.
• Mentor trainee engineers.
• Ensure adherence to Health, Safety, and Environmental standards.
• Maintain quality records.
• Resolve technical difficulties and unexpected issues.
• Arrange and conduct material testing.
• Keep a detailed Site Diary.
• Collaborate with the construction site team.
• Innovate and introduce improvements.
  
  

Essential Technical Competencies

• Proven experience in a Site Engineer role.
• Strong setting-out experience on structures/drainage.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Full driving license.
