Job Type: 12 Month Fixed Term

Salary and benefits: £45,000 to £55,000 dependent upon experience plus 16% bonus up to 32%, private medical cover, 38 days annual leave, excellent pension, 12x salary life assurance, income protection, 3x volunteering days and much more

We have an exciting 12-month fixed term opportunity for an Investment Solutions Senior Analyst, within our Strategy and Transformation area.

The role

You will support our unit linked Investment Proposition where you will focus on supporting change programmes involving our insured funds and solution. This will include assessing the impact of changes involving prioritisation and resourcing, gathering requirements, design processes, assisting in setting test plans and testing, first occurrence validation and other programme activities.

As well as defining requirements and being deeply involved in all aspects of delivering change, you will review and implement changes to existing processes and recommending processes that fulfil our objectives. You will ensure the business is ready for change through business readiness and training preparation and delivery. Provide technical support, guidance and training to project stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For

• In depth experience and knowledge of investments and investment propositions for the UK pensions industry
• Strong project management and delivery skills, with an eye for operational efficiency to meet the varied demands from both internal and external stakeholders
• Able to work with minimal supervision, planning and managing own workload with proven experience of working to tight deadlines.
• Be an excellent communicator with the ability to influence and stakeholder manage across different levels of our business
• Experience of working in a highly regulated environment where you have been responsible for identifying, managing and monitoring potential risks
