As Senior Site Manager, you’ll lead key works packages through the project lifecycle, ensuring all activity is delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with design and specification.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Managing day-to-day site operations and ensuring alignment with programme timelines
- Maintaining high health and safety standards through proactive site management
- Overseeing quality assurance and compliance with building regulations
- Leading and supporting site teams and subcontractors to achieve project goals
- Monitoring progress, reporting to senior management, and addressing challenges as they arise
- Coordinating site logistics and managing resources effectively
- Building strong working relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
We’re looking for someone with:
- Proven experience managing major construction projects with a Tier 1 main contractor
- A strong understanding of construction methods, sequencing, and compliance
- SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid at Work certifications
- Clear communication, leadership, and organisational skills
- A practical, solutions-focused mindset and the ability to work independently
