Job Title: YouTube Channel Manager / Strategist

Location: 5x Per Week in Office

Type: Full-time

We’re looking for a sharp, creative, and data-driven YouTube Channel Manager to lead strategy, growth, and content optimisation for a dynamic and fast-growing channel.

You’ll be working closely with a team of producers, editors, and creatives to shape the channel’s voice, and maximise reach.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and implement a clear content and growth strategy tailored to the channel’s audience and goals


• Optimise video titles, thumbnails, descriptions, tags, and metadata to boost visibility and engagement


• Analyse performance metrics (CTR, retention, watch time, etc.) and make actionable recommendations


• Research trends, competitors, and audience behaviour to guide creative direction


• Manage upload schedules, playlists, and content calendars


• Collaborate with editors and creatives to shape content for maximum impact


• Test, track, and refine strategies using data and platform insights

What You Bring:

• Proven experience growing and managing YouTube channels (personal, brand, or client-based)


• Deep understanding of YouTube’s algorithm, SEO, analytics, and best practices


• A sharp eye for content that performs — from thumbnails to tone of voice


• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into creative strategy


• Excellent communication and organisational skills


• Bonus: experience with Shorts, community engagement, or monetisation strategies
