Senior User Experience Designer

What You'll Be Doing:



  • Collaborating with stakeholders to translate business objectives and user needs into innovative design solutions.

  • Applying and evolving design systems to maintain consistency across products.

  • Crafting wireframes, prototypes, and visual assets to support product development.

  • Advocating for user-centric design principles and fostering a culture of UX excellence.

  • Evaluating and refining UX implementations for optimal usability and engagement.

  • Continuously improving UX processes, tools, and best practices in collaboration with leadership.



  • Required Experience:



    • 3+ years of UX design experience with a focus on enterprise-grade digital products in Agile environments.

    • Proficiency in UX research, including user journey mapping and usability testing.

    • Advanced skills in interaction design, visual design, wireframing, and prototyping.

    • A creative, user-focused approach that balances aesthetics and functionality.

    • Deep understanding of current and emerging UX trends.

    • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to advocate for design decisions effectively.

    • Experience collaborating closely with developers, with an understanding of technical considerations.

    • Relevant degree in UX, Human Factors, Graphic Design, or a related field.
