Senior Land Manager
Harrow, North London / Hertfordshire
£75k - £90k plus package and land acquisition bonuses.
Are you keen to work for a market leading house builder who have a strong appetite to buy land. You'd be given a great deal of autonomy to just get on, source sites and bring them to the table for approval.
I'm working with a leading, cash rich developer who having a strong appetite for new land. They looking to add to the team with a Senior Land Manager who is pro-active in getting out to meet and cultivate relationships with agents and land owners, and to sniff out great land acquisition opportunities.
With money to spend on land acquisition, my client is well placed to do deals and bring through some new sites for development. Their target areas are North London, Buckinghamshire and Hertfordshire so patch knowledge and experience in this area is essential.
Responsibilities:
Meeting with, and developing relationships with agents and land owners.
Bringing new land acquisition opportunities to the table and securing sites for the business.
Driving deals through the acquisition process.
Working with the Land Director on existing opportunities and sites.
Attending networking events and functions as a company representative.
On offer is a salary of circa £75k - £90k plus package, including a great land acquisition bonus.
