Marketing Executive - 12-month FTC - #1666993

We are delighted to be partnering with our retail client as they look to bring in a new Marketing Executive on an initial 12-month FTC. This is a newly created role as part of their new strategy and presents a fantastic opportunity for someone to come in and make their mark.

In this customer focussed role, you'll be working on a number of campaigns aimed at bringing on new customers to their membership club as well as retention of existing customers.

If you've had exposure to a role within customer loyalty, membership or subscription and worked across a range of online and offline channels, we'd love to hear from you.

This will be based from their head office in Edinburgh with scope for some WFH so must be accessible to Edinburgh for this one.

We're looking for...

• A couple of years under your belt in a marketing role - ideally a customer focussed role looking at loyalty, membership, subscriptions
• A real mix of channel experience - with a particular focus on email and direct mail
• Customer first attitude to everything you do
• Data Analysis skills - you'll love getting under the hood of campaigns to see what's working and what's not
• Comfortable working on a variety of projects/tasks
• Accessible to Edinburgh

You will be...

• Planning, developing and delivering loyalty marketing campaigns aimed at increasing and retaining membership
• Working across a variety of channels - paid, owned and earned
• Working closely with in-house teams and external agencies
• Working closely with, and supporting, your Manager with customer analysis and insight
• Supporting stores and customer service teams on all key loyalty activity
