We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator to join our operations team within one of Marston Holdings entities Scott & Co.

Scott & Co is a leading provider of debt recovery enforcement and citation services. We are part of Marston Holdings Ltd the UK’s largest judicial services group providing integrated court order compliance.

Our Business Operations Administrator will be handling communications through emails and telephone calls across the business and to our clients/customers as well as creating checking and filling our documents making sure they are accurate.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Monitor the quality of output as per specified requirements and deadlines
  • Preparation of Legal documents for service
  • Ensuring correspondences are issued correctly.

What we're looking for:

  • Confident use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Great attention to detail
  • A willingness to learn industry regulations such as GDPR
  • A positive attitude and team spirit
