Role Description
This is a full-time, remote Junior Consultant role at Seasons Consulting International. The Junior Consultant will be responsible for working closely with clients and senior consultants to provide tailored, specific interventions related to client needs. Using the latest psychological and business evidence, they will prepare materials, facilitate engaging workshops (both online and in-person), and contribute to the growth of Seasons through marketing and online initiatives.
Qualifications and Skills
· Strong communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills
· Effective problem-solving and analytical skills
· Solid project and time management abilities
· Knowledge of change management principles and organizational development
· Understanding of group dynamics and behavioural psychology
· Master's level degree in Organizational Psychology, Business Psychology, or a related field
· 1-3 years of relevant experience in consulting, HR, or change management is advantageous
· Willingness and ability to travel within Europe (including necessary visas)
