Job Opportunity: Activity Leader – South Stars Management (UK-Wide, Field-Based)

About the Role

As an Activity Leader, you’ll play a key role in assisting the day-to-day running of our activities department. This is not a desk job—you’ll be out in the field, travelling to different sites each week, supporting the on site activity teams to ensure guests have an unforgettable holiday experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the coordination and delivery of the activity programs across multiple holiday parks


• Providing on-the-ground support, guidance, and motivation to on-site activity teams


• Assisting with staff development and ensuring service standards are consistently high


• Working closely with park managers and the wider activities team to deliver a joined-up guest experience


• Weekly monitoring of the department targets and confidently reaching out to teams to help them achieve them


• Reporting insights and feedback to help shape future activity offerings

What You’ll Need:

• A full UK driving licence and access to a car (essential)


• Flexibility and willingness to travel throughout the UK regularly (expenses fully covered)


• Confidence working independently and managing your own schedule


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills


• Experience in working with and leading people


• Background in budget management or sales is a plus
