About the Role

Our client is looking for a Portfolio Reporting Lead to join their Technology function. This role will drive the creation and automation of reporting processes across product, project, and portfolio levels, supporting investment decisions and organisational planning. You'll work closely with teams across finance, HR, and product, leading efforts to consolidate, streamline, and modernise reporting tools and insights—including AI-enabled portfolio tooling and Power BI dashboards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead reporting activity across the technology portfolio, ensuring a cohesive view of investment and performance
  • Manage and evolve the central portfolio reporting tool, including future AI-led implementations
  • Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and KPIs
  • Act as a central liaison with Finance, HR, Product, and Business teams
  • Support key deliverables such as AOP, QBRs, and executive-level presentations
  • Improve the “front door” to investment decision-making alongside the Portfolio Planner

About You

  • Experienced in agile and product-led environments
  • Strong background in change management and data analysis, particularly within portfolio or project settings
  • Proficient in Power BI, PowerPoint, and creating visual, insight-led reporting
  • Familiar with AI portfolio tools and modern reporting platforms
  • Skilled in storytelling, stakeholder management, and translating data into strategic decisions
  • Strong commercial understanding with experience across technology functions (e.g., engineering, architecture, data)

Minimum Requirements

  • Expertise in reporting and dashboard creation
  • Portfolio or product tool implementation experience
  • Strong financial and commercial acumen
  • High emotional intelligence and cross-functional stakeholder engagement
  • Ability to embed forward-thinking insights and reporting frameworks

What’s on Offer

  • Competitive salary and bonus
  • 15% employer pension contribution (9% during probation)
  • Private medical insurance and life assurance
  • 28 days’ holiday + buy/sell options
  • Electric/Hybrid Car and Cycle to Work schemes
  • Family-friendly leave policies
  • Access to health and wellbeing apps
  • Generous volunteering and inclusion initiatives
  • Hybrid working (up to 2 days remote per week)

Our client is committed to diversity, inclusion, and flexible working. Applicants from all backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
