An introduction to the company and role:


This organisation is looking for someone with 2+ years’ experience that has worked in a mixture of HR and Recruitment. You will be dealing with the end-to-end recruitment as well as general HR admin duties. You must be used to working in a busy environment and able to prioritise your workload as this is a standalone role! This role would report into the Finance Director, and you will get support from external HR consultants.

What will be the responsibilities in this role?


This role would be reporting into the Finance Director and will be supporting on a variety of duties such as:



  • Manage all stages of recruitment (end to end)

  • Work strategically with senior staff with posts

  • Providing high quality job adverts

  • Requests references

  • Complete DBS checks

  • Coordinate return to work administration

  • Monitor absence

  • Keep contract details up to date

  • Manage and produce the staff collection sheet

  • Book training courses

  • Process offer letters

  • Ensure HRIS is kept up to date

  • Advise colleagues on HR policies & procedures

  • Take minutes in ER meetings

  • Document probation/induction

  • Checking of the payroll

  • General admin duties


What experience do you need?



  • CIPD Level 3 (advantage)

  • At least 2 years’ experience within HR

  • Knowledge of GDPR legislation

  • End to end Recruitment experience

  • Working with MS excel, word and outlook

  • Working in a busy environment

  • Manage own workload

  • High level of confidentiality

  • Payroll administration (advantage)
