Human Resources Advisor - #1670497

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and proactive HR Advisor to join a supportive and fast-paced team on a 6-month fixed-term contract based in Harrogate.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced HR Administrator ready to take the next step into an advisory role, or a current HR Advisor who’s immediately available and looking for their next challenge.

The role is full-time (38 hours a week), with hybrid working arrangements, 2-3 days in the office each week.

You must have HR Administrative experience and be able to commute to Harrogate part of the week.

A flavour of the role:

• To build strong credible relationships with managers across multiple sites


• Work closely with managers to advise on and resolve various ER cases


• Support and advise on recruitment-related processes


• Looking after absence management data and actions


• Support the well-being strategy


• Internally promote the employee benefits offered by the company


• Produce various analytical reports and annual reports such as the gender pay gap report

About you:

• Able to maintain discretion and maturity in handling sensitive and confidential information


• Previous HR Admin experience is essential


• A keen eye for detail - ensuring all tasks are completed accurately


• Ideally, you will be CIPD Level 3 qualified but not essential. However relevant demonstrable experience is essential


• Open to completing CIPD level 3 and or 5 if not already qualified

Package:

• 6 month FTC - to start ASAP


• circa £28,000 per annum


• 35 days holiday, including bank holidays (would be prorated accordingly)
