We are seeking a dynamic Senior Ecommerce Manager to spearhead our digital growth and drive innovation within our Ecommerce division.

About the Role:

The Senior Ecommerce Manager will lead one of our major online channels and two marketplaces, ensuring we not only meet but exceed our revenue targets. This role demands a strategic thinker with a keen eye for detail, adept at optimising product displays and enhancing the customer journey. This role will require 5 days on site here at Head Office, Newbridge Edinburgh.

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Strategic Sales Management: Oversee the daily performance of our online stores and marketplaces, implementing strategies to boost sales and enhance customer engagement.


• 
  Customer Journey Enhancement: Continuously refine website navigation and category structures to facilitate seamless customer experiences.


• 
  Collaborative Product Management: Work closely with the product team to maintain accurate, up-to-date, and compelling product information, ensuring consistency across all digital platforms.


• 
  Inventory and Pricing Oversight: Regularly monitor stock levels and pricing strategies, utilising data analytics to inform decisions and maintain market competitiveness.

Qualifications:

• 
  Ecommerce Expertise: Proven experience in ecommerce trading, preferably with a strong background in platforms such as Shopify, Magento, Big Commerce.


• 
  Market Place Experience Proven experience working with Ebay, Amazon, OnBuy. An ability to demonstrate previous revenue growth on these channels.


• 
  Digital Marketing Acumen: Deep understanding of online sales strategies, digital marketing, and the latest ecommerce trends, including social commerce and AI-driven personalisation.
