What You’ll Be Doing
Be the Go-To Advisor: Support insolvency practitioners across all aspects of administration, liquidation, and receivership.
Handle the Hard Stuff: Navigate both contentious and non-contentious cases—litigation, dispute resolution, and more.
Lead with Strategy: Offer forward-thinking advice on complex insolvency scenarios, with a commercial edge.
Draft With Precision: Prepare insolvency applications, legal agreements, and strategic documentation.
Show Up in Court: Represent clients confidently in hearings, negotiations, and settlements.
Collaborate Across Teams: Work alongside property, litigation, and financial services colleagues to deliver all-round legal solutions.

What You’ll Bring
- A qualified solicitor with 1+ year PQE in corporate insolvency
- Solid experience in both contentious and non-contentious matters
- A deep understanding of insolvency law and business recovery strategy
- Strong drafting, advocacy, and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities under pressure
