We’re looking for a barista to join our coffee service at Lowdown. You will be part of a small, accomplished team recognised as the benchmark for specialty coffee in Edinburgh. We are well-established, known for our progressive brewing/roasting and engaging service.


This is a permanent position with the following requirements:




  • A minimum of 2 years experience in the specialty coffee industry




  • The experience/technical skills to deliver precise dial-ins, exact manual brewing and perfect milk




  • A desire to learn and continually refine your palate




  • Customer empathy, organised and adaptable
