We’re looking for a barista to join our coffee service at Lowdown. You will be part of a small, accomplished team recognised as the benchmark for specialty coffee in Edinburgh. We are well-established, known for our progressive brewing/roasting and engaging service.
This is a permanent position with the following requirements:
A minimum of 2 years experience in the specialty coffee industry
The experience/technical skills to deliver precise dial-ins, exact manual brewing and perfect milk
A desire to learn and continually refine your palate
Customer empathy, organised and adaptable
You will enjoy a friendly/flexible work environment, attractive pay and support with any competition aspirations.
