Are you an experienced and highly organized Personal Assistant looking for an exciting opportunity in Clifton?


We are seeking a dynamic individual to provide comprehensive support to our busy executive team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, excel at multitasking, and possess exceptional communication skills, we want to hear from you!


Responsibilities:


· Manage and maintain complex calendars, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and booking over 400 meetings a year!


· Act as the primary point of contact between the Associate Director and clients, handling enquiries and correspondence with professionalism and discretion.


*Interview setting up and general administration duties


*Research ( ie saved lists / market mapping)


*Chasing cvs


*Matching Job vacancies to find the perfect candidate


*Marketing and Social media strategy (linked in)


*Internal recruitment


*Headhunting on linked in


*Holiday cover for consultants


*Helping the wider team with logging / advertising


Most importantly someone that would be a positive influence and fit in with the team.


Requirements:



  • Proven success as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, ideally in a high-energy, fast-paced office environment.

  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with an ability for prioritizing tasks and consistently hitting deadlines.

  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to confidently engage with individuals at all levels, especially Senior Board members.

  • Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other essential software tools.

  • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering accuracy in every task, even in a fast-paced setting.

  • Discretion and the ability to handle confidential information with sound judgment.

  • Adaptability to changing priorities and the ability to shift gears smoothly.

  • Based in our Backwell office – an ideal setting to thrive and grow.

  • Recruitment experience is a must, and sales experience is a bonus!

  • LinkedIn expertise is essential for building connections and expanding our network.
