Key Responsibilities

1. AI Product Strategy & Execution

• Define product vision and roadmap for AI features across our hiring ecosystem.


• Translate high-level business goals into AI product initiatives with clear KPIs.

2. Model Evaluation & Performance Metrics

• Design benchmarking systems to evaluate model performance, fairness, and reliability.


• Monitor key indicators to ensure responsible and effective AI deployment.

3. Cross-functional Collaboration

• Work with ML engineers, data scientists, and designers to co-create user-friendly AI experiences.


• Turn technical capabilities into valuable product features.

4. User Research & Validation

• Conduct user research and leverage behavioral data to guide model refinement.


• Close the feedback loop with ongoing validation and iteration.

5. Data-Driven Decision Making

• Champion experimentation with A/B tests, validation frameworks, and impact measurement.


• Analyze AI feature performance to inform prioritization and roadmap evolution.

6. Scalability & Ethical AI

• Build for scale without compromising fairness, transparency, or security.


• Advocate for responsible AI practices in product development.

7. Stakeholder Communication

• Communicate performance trade-offs and product direction clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.


• Ensure internal alignment on priorities, timelines, and long-term AI vision.

Candidate Profile

Experience & Expertise:

• Demonstrated success building and launching AI-powered products.


• Fluency in AI/ML fundamentals (architectures, limitations, use cases)—a technical background is essential, research is not.


• Hands-on experience in evaluating model performance using practical frameworks.


• Deeply customer-centric—motivated by solving real problems, not just technical challenges.


• Strong data literacy—comfortable with experiments, A/B testing, and product analytics.


• Prioritization master—able to juggle ambitious goals with executional focus.


• Excellent communicator and leader—works well across engineering, data, design, and business functions.
