The Role

• Identify and assess PBSA or retail/commercial opportunities across the UK


• Build relationships with agents, landowners, local authorities, and stakeholders


• Conduct land appraisals and support feasibility alongside planning and technical teams


• Lead on negotiations, offer structuring, contracts, and legal completion


• Oversee the acquisition process from identification through to purchase

Requirements

• Land acquisition experience in PBSA, retail, or commercial development
  


• Confident leading deal structuring and negotiations
  


• Solid grasp of UK planning policy and process


• Proactive, well-organised, and commercially minded


• Full UK Driving Licence and own car
