The Role:

- You will work hard, meet a lot of people, and may be asked to travel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop strategic partnerships to drive business growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential partners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute partnership initiatives.
- Research market trends and identify new partnership opportunities.
- Prepare and present partnership proposals and business plans.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 0-2 years of experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Proven experience in partnership development or related roles preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently with extended focus, and as a team player thinking about the big picture
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
