Title: Client Acquisition Manager
Location: Remote-first (UK-based)
FundFront is hiring a commercially-driven Client Acquisition Manager to lead our business development efforts.
FundFront is a partner for investment firms, helping them design, implement, and maintain tailored investment structures and vehicles. Our core focus is fund structuring and securitisation, offering solutions that remove operational hurdles and support clients in scaling their businesses globally.
We're looking for someone who enjoys the thrill of winning new business—someone confident in driving the full sales cycle, from identifying prospects to signing deals. You'll be introducing a highly differentiated solution to asset managers, family offices, and wealth advisors worldwide, helping them structure and launch their funds more effectively.
What you’ll do
- Own the full sales cycle: from sourcing and nurturing leads to closing deals
- Engage senior decision-makers at hedge funds, private equity, VC, family offices, and wealth advisory firms
- Clearly communicate how FundFront’s structuring solutions solve real operational challenges
- Collaborate with our leadership team to shape proposals and optimise pricing strategy
- Represent FundFront in meetings, calls, and industry events to drive brand visibility
What you bring
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience in fund administration, finance, consulting, or related services
- A hunter mindset—you're proactive, resilient, and outcome-oriented
- Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with senior stakeholders
- A consultative sales style, with a focus on understanding client needs and tailoring solutions
- UK-based and comfortable working in a remote-first team
