Project Quantity Surveyor–£65,000-£75,000 (or contract rate of £300-£350 per day)

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Project Cost Control: Implement and maintain robust project cost control procedures, with monthly reporting on project costs and profitability.


• 
  Budget Management: Oversee each project budget, consistently updating final cost estimates to ensure complete cost and value reconciliation.


• 
  Cash Flow Analysis: Conduct and report on cash flow analysis for each project.


• 
  Procurement: Prepare tenders for subcontractors and materials, securing all necessary resources in line with project timelines.


• 
  Order Processing: Manage sub-contract orders, invoices, and payments within our software management system.


• 
  Valuations & Accounts: Assess and agree upon subcontractor valuations, variations, and instructions. Prepare payment certificates and final accounts for approval.

The Person

• 
  Experience: Minimum of 5 years as a Quantity Surveyor in the UK, with experience in both residential and commercial construction projects.


• 
  Skills: Excellent communication, organisational, and multitasking skills, with a proactive, confident, and enthusiastic approach.


• 
  Technical Proficiency: Proficient in CRM software and other project management tools.


• 
  Work Eligibility: Only candidates with current UK work experience will be considered.
