Location: Edinburgh Airport
Shifts – Between Monday and Sunday
Role Purpose
As Location Manager, you will be responsible for managing and coaching their direct reports and assisting their direct reports with front line Travel Services Partners to achieve revenue / profitability targets by supporting a multichannel sales service (online, walk up, ATM) across the FX business focused on consumer behaviours & preferences. The role will be supporting the Divisional Manager to drive a stand-alone P&L to grow revenues across all channels, (B2C, B2B2C stores and ATMs) and manage all costs whether these are direct retail costs, direct support costs, or allocated shared costs
Key Accountabilities
Drive the profitability and growth across store(s), online & ATMs through consistently reviewing location, marketing, inventory and margins
Deliver first class customer experience by comprehensively managing your team through, coaching, performance management, rostering, annual leave management, retention, on-boarding, recruitment, and communication management
Ensure 100% adherence to regulatory requirements, transaction processing, reporting, training completion
Accountable for the completion of all daily reconciliation and operational checks
Represent Travelex as the key day to day interface with location partners
Deputise for Divisional manager as required
All other tasks and duties as required by management
Key Interfaces/Relationships
External stakeholders – airports, landlords, suppliers, partners
Internal support functions – finance, HR, marketing (online & offline) pricing, IT, process excellence, commercial development, product development, compliance, legal, the global ATM helpdesk, ATM deployment team
