Business Change Analyst - #1674828

Eden Scott’s Client is seeking a Business Analyst to join their dedicated Change Management team. The successful person will play a key role in shaping and delivering impactful projects that align with our long-term business strategy and commitment to exceptional client service.

As a Business Analyst, you’ll be the vital link between business problems and technology solutions. You'll gather, analyse, and document business needs, working closely with stakeholders across the bank to deliver efficient, effective, and client-focused change initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate current business processes, anticipate future requirements, and recommend improvements.


• Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements and documentation.


• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop detailed use cases and user stories.


• Lead workshops and meetings to gather insights, validate requirements, and share key findings.


• Support the testing process, including UAT, ensuring business requirements are met.


• Assist the Project Manager with governance tasks including planning, reporting, and maintaining RAID logs.


• Promote best practices in change delivery, risk mitigation, and compliance.


• Guide business stakeholders through the project lifecycle, coaching those less experienced Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.


• Experience in business requirements gathering, visual and written documentation.


• Understanding of project management principles and the end-to-end project lifecycle.


• Confidence in engaging and constructively challenging stakeholders.


• Ability to manage multiple projects of varying complexity simultaneously.


• Comfortable coaching users through change processes.


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills across all levels.


• A proactive and adaptable mindset with a drive for continuous improvement.
