Who We Are

We believe that our industry has been letting planners like you down by burdening you with legacy systems, bureaucracy, dead-mans shoes and a misaligned revenue structure. And clients are let down with high fees, outdated technology, and clunky un-digestible information.

So we started Blincoe- with the explicit aim to be better for clients, and better for us as planners.

We are a small team, but heavily tech focussed- and are already at the forefront of some of the amazing new tools that are available in our industry. New tools are now being developed so fast that large legacy firms just can't move fast enough to trial and adopt new technology.

We want planners like you to have the best tech and automation available to you. We're growing quickly (have just passed £70M) and so are looking for more planners to join us.

What We Offer

We offer fully remote working, unlimited holiday, generous maternity and paternity leave, and the sort of collaborative and exciting culture we always wanted to work in ourselves.

Caveat- if you want the comfort of a large organisation with teams and departments, then we’re not for you.
