Salary: up to £37,500 DOE

CloudScope is a leading recruitment agency working on behalf of a well-established UK digital marketing agency who specialise in multi-channel digital marketing. The are looking for a passionate and results-driven Senior Paid Search Specialist.


The role:


This is a fully remote role and the ideal candidate will be responsible for leading multiple high-impact PPC campaigns across for Google Ads, and other platforms too such as Meta Ads, Microsoft Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.


Responsibilities:



  • Strategically develop, execute, and optimise high-performing paid search campaigns tailored to client goals.

  • Foster strong client relationships through regular video consultations, presenting campaign results and identifying growth opportunities collaboratively.

  • Continuously monitor and fine-tune campaign performance to ensure alignment with client objectives and industry best practices.

  • Interpret campaign data and performance metrics to deliver clear, actionable insights and comprehensive reports to clients.

  • Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience segmentation, and bid strategy management to maximise campaign effectiveness.

  • Work closely with internal teams to refine landing pages and ad creatives for improved campaign performance.

  • Contribute to integrated marketing strategies by partnering with SEO, content, and social media teams.

  • Support the sales team by qualifying leads and evaluating their suitability for Google Ads campaigns.


Requirements:



  • 3–4 years of experience in a similar PPC role, ideally within a digital agency environment.

  • Demonstrated success in managing and optimising paid search campaigns across Google Ads platforms, including Performance Max, Shopping, and Search.

  • Familiarity with Meta Ads, Microsoft Ads, and LinkedIn Ads is preferred, though not essential.

  • Proven experience running effective Google Ads campaigns for B2B lead generation clients.

  • E-commerce campaign experience is a plus, but not a requirement.

  • Deep expertise in Google Ads, covering campaign structure, audience targeting, and conversion rate optimisation.

  • Holds current Google Ads certifications.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple campaigns and priorities effectively.

  • Strategic thinker with a client-centric mindset and a proactive approach to campaign management.

  • Clear and confident communicator, skilled in presenting insights and performance updates to clients.

  • Passionate about PPC and digital marketing, with a strong drive to stay updated on the latest tools, trends, and strategies.
