Here at GoFind Recruitment, we are excited to have partnered with a fast-growing digital banking and fintech company who are now looking for a hands-on and commercially astute Finance Manager.


Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will have strong experience in financial modelling and risk management, with experience in scaling high-growth start-ups.


They offer innovative financial solutions with a strong focus on cryptocurrency services and their mission is to redefine banking by providing secure, accessible, and decentralised financial tools for the modern world.


The role is fully remote with the requirement to attend their head offices in London if required.

Roles & Responsibilities (But not limited to):



  • Lead and manage day-to-day financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

  • Managing cash flow, reporting, optimising financial operations, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

  • Oversee accounting for digital assets and cryptocurrency transactions in compliance with relevant financial standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP).

  • Develop and maintain internal controls and financial procedures specific to crypto asset management and digital payments.

  • Collaborate with compliance teams to ensure AML/KYC and regulatory requirements are met in all financial processes.

  • Collaborate with other departments to support overall business strategy and financial operational efficiency

  • Analyse and interpret financial data to provide insights for strategic decisions across digital banking products and crypto offerings.

  • Monitor market trends in blockchain and fintech to forecast risks and opportunities.

  • Coordinate audits and ensure accurate and timely tax filings, including those involving digital asset reporting.

  • Maintain relationships with external partners, including banks, auditors, and investors.

  • Manage payroll and contractor invoicing processes from inception.


Experience / Qualifications:



  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field (CPA/ACCA/CIMA preferred).

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar finance role, with experience in fintech, digital banking, or crypto environments advantageous but not essential.

  • Strong knowledge of cryptocurrency markets, blockchain technology, and digital asset accounting.

  • Experience with financial software and accounting tools (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, CoinTracker, Cryptio).

  • Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

  • High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

  • Ability to thrive in a startup or scale-up environment.
