Position Details

As we continue our transformation and growth journey in the region, we are now looking to appoint a passionate Customer Service team member for our Transport Division at Edinburgh Park, South Australia.


The primary focus of this role is to contribute to a positive customer experience by developing collaborative relationships which support business growth.


Key areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to:



  • Ensuring positive customer interactions


  • Timely and effective issue resolution


  • Ensuring accurate customer data management and reporting


  • Identify opportunities to build stronger relationships and grow customer activities


  • Effectively navigate the organization to resolve customer queries


  • Implementing effective controls to address recurring customer issues


  • Support the team and business as directed by your Manager


  • Follow practices and procedures regarding Food Standards Australia New Zealand (FSANZ), HACCP and Approved Arrangement guidelines whilst also ensuring Chain of Responsibility (CoR) compliance


  • Following and enforcing all food safety, quality and legality requirements



Ideal background and experience will include:



  • Experience in a Customer Service or similar role
    (industry experience is preferable)


  • Excellent customer service, problem solving and
    influencing skills


  • Effective verbal and written communication skills


  • Strong time management and organisational skills


  • Strong IT skills, in particular Microsoft Office, WMS, TMS
