What You'll Be Doing



  • Managing and supervising a team of solicitors handling RTA, EL/PL, injury, vehicle damage, and hire claims

  • Handling your own caseload of complex and high-value cases

  • Providing technical guidance and leading negotiations with insurers and opposing solicitors

  • Ensuring compliance with Scottish civil litigation procedures and pre-action protocols

  • Mentoring and developing junior solicitors, supporting their growth

What We're Looking For



  • 5+ years PQE, admitted in Scotland


  • Strong litigation experience in Court of Session and Sheriff Court procedures


  • Proven leadership ability to manage and develop a team

  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills


  • Commercial awareness with a client-focused approach

  • Ability to work in a fully office based role
