Step into a pivotal role with a global leader in mobility services, where your expertise in Belgian immigration will be instrumental in shaping seamless cross-border moves. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced immigration professional to act as the go-to subject matter expert, managing the full immigration lifecycle for Belgium.

This role can be worked fully remotely from home.

As the sole Belgium Immigration Specialist, you’ll lead all aspects of case management, communication with authorities, and advisory support to clients and relocating employees.

Responsibilities

  • Advise clients and assignees on Belgium immigration processes, requirements, and strategic options.

  • Manage end-to-end immigration casework for Belgium, from eligibility assessment through to final approvals.

  • Liaise with Belgian authorities to ensure timely and compliant case progression.

  • Prepare detailed case assessments, identifying suitable permit types and documentation requirements.

  • Produce accurate cost estimates and immigration timelines tailored to each client’s needs.

  • Ensure the proper legalisation and authentication of documents in compliance with local law.

  • Draft and deliver advisory reports on inbound Belgian immigration for clients and internal stakeholders.

  • Maintain comprehensive records, track visa expirations, and meet critical deadlines.

  • Manage billing tasks, including invoice reviews and reporting for internal finance teams.

  • Stay up to date with Belgium immigration law changes, sharing updates with clients and the wider business.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years’ hands-on experience in Belgium immigration casework.

  • Proven ability to manage full-cycle immigration processes independently.

  • Fluency in both English and Dutch is essential; Flemish is a strong advantage.

  • Previous experience liaising directly with government authorities in Belgium.

  • Strong organisational and case management skills with attention to compliance and deadlines.

  • Previous experience in the immigration sector, handling immigration for Belgium, is essential.
