Job Title: Hospital Chef Pay: £18 per hourOngoing positionHours: Early starts / 9-10 hour shifts
Location - Edinburgh
Main Duties include:
- Prepare and serve food to the required quality standard.
- Follow recipe formats to help control waste.
- Ensure portion control.
- Apply "Food Safe" & Hygienic working practices.
- Work in support of all team members.
Qualifications and Key Skills:
- Good knowledge of food and ingredients.
- L2 Food and Safety
