We’re now looking for a Talent Agent to join our team in London. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone with a sharp eye for talent and a natural flair for people – someone who wants to grow in a supportive, forward-thinking environment while working with the best in the industry.

What you’ll be doing:

• Talent Scouting: Actively identifying and engaging brilliant creatives across design, strategy, production and more.

• Client Partnerships: Building and maintaining strong, consultative relationships with leading agencies and brands.

• End-to-End Recruitment: Managing briefs from start to finish – matching the right people to the right opportunities.

• Market Insight: Staying ahead of creative industry trends and advising both clients and talent with confidence.

• Community Engagement: Representing Peas at events, building networks and keeping our presence strong in the sector.

What we’re looking for:

• Experience as a recruiter or agent – with creative, design or branding sector experience

• An organised, proactive self-starter who can juggle multiple priorities with ease.

• A great communicator who builds trust and strong relationships.

• Solid administration skills.

• A commercially minded team player who brings positivity, ideas and energy.

• Someone able to work remotely in London, who knows the London market, and able to have regular meet ups in London.
