Role: Front of House Team Member

Type: Part-Time (15-25 hours per week)

Pay: £12.25/hour + tips, bonus scheme, and tasty staff meals

Contract: Permanent with fixed hours

Reports To: Shift Supervisor

What You'll Be Doing:

As a Front of House Team Member, you'll be the face of FreshMex - welcoming customers, taking orders, and helping bring our award-winning burritos to life. You'll keep the vibes high, the space clean, and the service smooth.

Your Mission:

• Serve up our legendary burritos and bowls with a side of awesome customer service


• Work alongside your teammates to keep things running like clockwork


• Handle orders, prep meals, and plate with flair


• Keep the front of house sparkling clean and organised


• Engage with customers and make sure they're having a top-notch experience


• Follow health & safety guidelines (we've got your back with training)


• Stay cool under pressure and bring the energy, even on busy shifts


• Take initiative and show leadership on shift tasks

What We're Looking For:

• Friendly, positive vibes and great communication skills


• Some FOH/waiting experience is a bonus - but passion and attitude matter most


• A team player who's confident, proactive, and loves to learn


• Able to follow directions and work in a fast-paced environment


• Weekend availability is a must
