Advising HNW clients on Wills, Trusts, Executries, Tax Planning & Guardianships

Leading complex estate planning and succession matters

Collaborating across departments to deliver a seamless client experience

Mentoring junior lawyers (Senior Associate role) and shaping team strategy

Desired Experience

Associate – 4+ PQE in Private Client (STEP-qualified or working toward it)

Senior Associate – 6+ PQE with experience leading on complex estates and team mentoring

A commercial, empathetic, and proactive approach to client service

Excellent communication skills and genuine interest in long-term client relationships
