It's an exciting time to join our BIM team in Scotland. Our Glasgow office was established in 2016 to provide a local presence on our projects. Now, it houses an abundance of key sector expertise and knowledge that supports projects across the UK. • Support the BIM Manager, Model Manager and Project lead in the modelling of Mechanical, Electrical & Public health services within a Revit environment.
  • Assist the engineers with the coordination of MEP elements and aid the production of 2D project deliverables within Revit right through from Preliminary stage to Contract Issue.
  • Manage & prioritise your own workload.
  • Use your practical working experience as a Revit Technician/Coordinator in a Building Services environment and be fully immersed in the world of BIM.

You will preferably have experience scheduling from Revit as well as inputting design data into Revit and a strong knowledge of BIM protocols and BEPs would also be a plus.

To be successful in this role you’ll need:

  • Candidate must be able to produce clear, complete & consistent drawings from Revit.
  • Be able to model and coordinate MEP services within Revit.
