About the Role

A growing sports tech company are seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer, focused on delivering impactful, data-driven products to a diverse and expanding user base. With a rapidly growing customer community, they're building tools that blend high performance, thoughtful design, and deep insight.

You'll be an integral part of the product team, collaborating closely with Product, Design, and Customer Success to shape the future of their platform—not just code it. This role offers the opportunity to lead technical decisions, mentor team members, and engage directly with end users.

What You’ll Do:

• Build and maintain high-quality software across the full stack, primarily using Ruby on Rails and React Native.


• Work collaboratively across teams to deliver user-focused solutions.


• Drive architectural discussions and decisions.


• Produce thorough, clear technical documentation.


• Support and mentor junior engineers.


• Participate in customer conversations to better understand their needs.


• Continuously improve processes through feedback, testing, and iteration.

What They're Looking For:

• Strong experience in Ruby on Rails or similar backend frameworks.


• Proficiency with React and/or React Native.


• Excellent communicator, capable of explaining complex ideas clearly.


• Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative.


• Comfortable balancing technical considerations with user needs.


• Willingness to engage directly with customers and stakeholders.


• Passion for mentoring and team development.
