About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to oversee and assure the solution design and integration across Salesforce, MuleSoft, Oracle Fusion, and associated platforms. You will primarily be responsible for assurance and governance of the work being delivered by Systems Integration (SI) partners, ensuring that all solution designs meet the technical, functional, and strategic needs of the business.

This is a pivotal role ensuring seamless integration and optimal system performance across multiple complex platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the Solution Assurance Lead, reviewing, validating, and challenging designs proposed by SI partners.


• Define and maintain end-to-end solution architectures across Salesforce, MuleSoft, Oracle Fusion, and Oracle EBS ecosystems.


• Support program leadership in solution decision-making, technical issue resolution, and cross-platform impact assessments.


• Develop integration patterns and governance for key platforms including MuleSoft, Salesforce, and Oracle Fusion.


• Drive adherence to architectural principles, best practices, and company policies.


• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to align solutions with business objectives.


• Mitigate technical risk by identifying potential issues early and providing strategic guidance.


• Support the ongoing development of integration strategies involving Managed File Transfer solutions (e.g., GoAnywhere) and data orchestration platforms (e.g., Apache Airflow).


• Provide hands-on support and detailed guidance on particularly complex integration designs where necessary.


• Maintain current knowledge of industry trends, technology advancements, and integration tools to recommend innovative solutions.

Key Skills and Experience

• 
  Extensive experience with MuleSoft including hands-on design, integration, and governance expertise.


• Deep knowledge and experience integrating Salesforce with backend systems.


• Strong experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud (ERP, HCM, SCM) and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).


• Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) implementations and migrations.


• Familiarity with IBM Maximo asset management platform.


• Knowledge and experience with Managed File Transfer solutions (e.g., GoAnywhere).


• Understanding and experience with Apache Airflow orchestration platform.


• Strong grasp of integration best practices, security considerations, and data flow management.


• Ability to work collaboratively across distributed teams and multiple vendors in a complex landscape.


• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into understandable business language.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications in Salesforce (e.g., Application Architect, System Architect) and/or MuleSoft (MuleSoft Certified Integration Architect).


• Oracle Cloud certifications (e.g., Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Architect).


• Experience working in large-scale digital transformation programs.


• Prior experience in an assurance or governance-focused Solution Architecture role.


• Exposure to utilities, infrastructure, or asset-heavy industry sectors is a plus.
