HOURS: Full-time
WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at our Edinburgh office.
About this opportunity
This is an outstanding opportunity to join our Digital Finance lab within the Payment Services Platform, reporting directly to the Product Owner.
Our mission is to deliver safe, secure, and efficient Digital Finance solutions across all business divisions of Lloyds Banking Group (LBG). We drive innovation to ensure our customers can engage with their money, assets, data and other resources quickly and securely. As part of Group Payments, we serve the entire LBG organisation, contributing to our outstanding reputation in the finance and insurance sector.
The Digital Finance lab operates from Edinburgh, London, and Hyderabad, supported by multiple feature teams that focus on Digital Assets, tokenised deposits, stablecoins, programmable payments and Digital Identity.
You will be a key link between the lab and our customers collaborating with relationship managers in client meetings to develop products in line with customer demands and promote Digital Finance lab solutions.
What you'll do
Conceptualise and understand the potential of Digital Assets, tokenisation, API, and Distributed Ledger technologies to help LBG grow and support customers in these markets.
Collaborate with our external and internal customers, Fintech, Innovation, and Proposition teams to feed the design of useful customer propositions.
Demonstrate the propositions developed by Digital Finance lab to customers in partnership with our relationship managers.
Influence through trust, empowerment, and building momentum in delivery.

What you'll need
Extensive experience in product development and delivery through large cross-functional teams, deploying strategic technology solutions, and engaging with global partners and suppliers.
Ability to develop a route to market with the Digital Finance lab propositions.
Proven experience collaborating with clients and other partners to deliver solutions to market.
The ability to sell new insights and concepts to aid adoption internally across the Group, and externally across the industry through excellent communication and influencing skills.
Experience in developing strategies and implementing plans to support clients deliver their goals.
Extensive knowledge of Distributed Ledger Technology, Digital Assets and sophisticated banking products across all divisions of LBG.
