What You’ll Be Doing:

• Managing inbound and outbound calls with energy, focus, and purpose


• Building rapport, identifying customer needs, and guiding them to the right solution


• Smashing sales targets through a proactive, consultative approach


• Handling general queries, escalating when needed to ensure smooth customer journeys


• Maintaining accurate CRM records and following GDPR protocols


• Supporting new team members with onboarding and sharing best practices

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous outbound telesales experience is essential


• Resilient, self-motivated, and target-driven


• Friendly and confident communicator


• Detail-oriented with strong IT skills
