Key Account Manager – Pharma | East Scotland
A market-leading pharmaceutical company is expanding its UK sales team within the Men’s and Women’s Health sectors – two of the fastest-growing therapeutic areas in the industry.
We’re seeking a proven KAM to manage key NHS and private accounts across East Scotland.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Delivering sales targets through strategic territory and account planning
- Building strong, solution-led relationships with HCPs, payers, and pharmacy partners
- Driving education and awareness initiatives to support product uptake
- Managing budgets and reporting on activity with accuracy and insight
- Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and maintaining a high science, ethical approach
Requirements
Proven success in pharmaceutical sales (ideally in hormone therapies or specialty care)
Strong understanding of NHS structure and private healthcare landscape
Experience in large account management and competitive markets
Excellent communication, planning, and stakeholder engagement skills
Science or business-related degree preferred
